8th Annual Korea Times Hollywood Bowl

I’m actually doing one of these this year ^^ i got lazy last year and ended up not doing one~ so i’ll start from when we got there!

we arrived at the bowl around 3PM which is a good time to get there because there’s lots to do before the concert actually starts! so we got in all the lines for our free stuff they gave away T-shirts, glowsticks, bandannas, energy drinks, fans and all sorts of goodies~ we even got our picture taken at one of the booths for free! and the fan dances were AWESOME this year! and for once i actually participated~ i danced with the others fans to Ring Ding Dong, Lupin, Shock, Bad Girl..then i quit XD i was no good but it was so much fun! can’t pass up something like that now can i? the fan dancing went on for a long time and all the fans did a REALLY good job! so if you were one of the people dancing there then you should know that you are awesome!

After all the festivities~ the gates opened! which was around 6 i think~ so we went inside the bowl~ and got our glowsticks on our way in our seats were at the terrace boxes so we had a pretty close view of them!~ (getting pool side ones next year though) i was so twitchy before it started! it was hard to control~ theehee~ AND THEN! i saw Nicole and HAHA come out and instantly everyone went into a frenzy of screams~ Nicole looked SO adorable in her little pink dress ^__^

I was expecting them to introduce one of the older singers first! as did everyone else~ but then they announced BEAST was up! and WE RAN TO THE FRONT!! XD it was awesome!!!! They sang “Easy” first which just made my heart melt!! then they went on to do “Mystery” and “Shock”!! Their performances are 234729374890237498327 TIMES BETTER when you get to see it right infront of your eyes! its such a great feeling! and the poster i made for them was SO HUGE XD! AND THEY SAW IT!!!!!!!!!!!my heart stopped when i saw Doojoon and Yoseob look over at my poster <3333 it felt like i was about to float to heaven right then! and that was just the start! later i got a wave from Wooyoung and Jiyoung because i was furiously spinning both my glowsticks in the air and screaming XD~

so then BEAST left the stage and the security told us to go back to our seats so we did, and the concert went on! idk most of the old artists that came on, but they were really fun! and i enjoyed their performances a lot too! i was standing up and rooting for them too! (i was VERY energetic and enthusiastic throughout the whole thing, i think i sat down for 15 minutes total XD) so after BEAST i don’t really remember the order of artists so i’m just gonna tell it like i remember ^^

Then i remember Lessang~ they did really good too! i only knew 1 of their songs but that didn’t stop me from jumping around for the other songs XD.

So then i think HAHA came out to sing a couple of songs when the next running to the front incident happened XD now this is really embarrassing >.< so us “non-korean” fans heard HAHA say the word 2PM and went crazy and ran up to the front again only to find out that he said 2PM would come on later towards the end XD, so we all went back to our seats giggling. Then after HAHA more of the old artists sang~ and one of them did a song with some of the members of KARA and Wondergirls ^^ and then i remember all the idol groups came out for a World cup song which was super fun! and again we all ran to the front for a better view, i don’t think BEAST were there…BUT THIS WAS WHEN WOOYOUNG WAVED AT ME!!! *_*

Then the next idol group that came out was 2PM!!!!!!!!!!! AND EVERYONE RAN!!!!!!! This is when i screamed the most! i remember yelling Junho, Chansung, Wooyoung and Taecyeon’s name! they started with “Again & Again” and then they did “Hearbeat” and everyone went crazy when they did the pyramid thing XD! Its a totally different feeling when you see them do that for real! its a VERY special thing seeing them do that pyramid! and then they did “Without U” which i think was the most fun for me because you could hear everyone chant REALLY LOUD during the chorus ! so i thought that this was all but I WAS WRONG !!! 2PM ARE THE BEST! THEY DID AN ENCORE SONG of “Friday Night”!! and it was amazing!!!

Right after 2PM i think KARA came on ^__^i didn’t run out for the rest of the night because i was getting trampled out there and i had my fill of what i came to see ~ KARA started “Lupin” and thats like my FAVE KARA song right now~ and then they did “Honey” i think it was nice to hear them sing that after so long~ then they did the song i know EVERYONE was looking forward to “Mister”!!~

After KARA, Wondergirls came!!! they had the most interaction with the audience, they started with “So Hot” and then after that they did “Tell me” but before starting Tell me, they told everyone to sing the “te te te te te tell me~” part with them ^^ and they did the same for “Nobody” except with that one they told us to clap to the parts ~ i think i had the most fun during their performance~

And last but not least! Kim Jong Kook!!!! <3333 he did “This is the Person” first~ and i was REALLLY hoping that he did “Loveable” ever since i heard that he was coming because thats like one of my all time favorite songs ever!! and HE DID!! and it was so much better than i ever imagined it could be!! and as a surprise SANGCHU from Mighty Mouth came to rap to that song!!! X___X I LOVE SANGCHU!! he is so BUFF and if you guys don’t watch “Let’s go dream team” these days~ you should!!! because it is a hilarious show and Sangchu will amaze you and make your mouth drop on the floor!

So then they did another song with HAHA and then everyone came out for the last songs~ they sang DBSK’s Balloons, and Big Bang’s Sunset Glow and some other songs as well! and then FIREWORKS!!!! O____O i always love the fireworks at the end of this! they are so beautiful and amazing!

So you’d think after all that i’d be tired and just head home right? WRONG!!! XD i stayed outside waiting for a glimpse of the artists~ lol and the dangerous fangirl in me came out then, i went to ask a security guard if the artists already left and here’s the conversation we had:

Me: Excuse me, are the artists already gone?

Guard: Yes, they usually leave right after their last performance

Me: really? aww……

Guard: *twitches*

Me: are you telling me the truth?

Guard: Yes, they usually just leave right after! *twitches*

Me: *makes face* you seem awfully twitchy…..are you sure you’re not lying?

Guard: yeah….they usually just leave

Me: what if they’re still here? you better not me lying

Guard: i’m not…

Me: You should know there are dire consequences to lying to a fangirl…*makes serious face*

My cousin: XD you’re scaring him!!

Me: well its true!! *glares at the guard and leaves*

so after that, we headed over to the entrance and i heard screams coming from behind and i saw a black car and so i ran after the car and when i looked in i saw SOHEE!!!! O___O it was so cool! i never chased a car before! and right after that there was a large bus and i went towards it and i couldn’t see who was in it but i heard that KARA or BEAST were in it or something..but yeah i went up to the bus and waved anyways >.< and then after we made sure no one else was there…we went home ^^

All in all..it was one of the best nights i’ve ever had! and i’ll be going again FOR SURE next year and hopefully many more years to come! and i recommend that if you CAN….THEN GO!!!! you won’t regret it!
